* Please kindly submit abstract in 1 to 2 pages of A4 size. (not PPT format)

Submission Guideline

  • Submission Method: Online submission only. (*Sign-up required)
  • Language : English
  • You may add up to two optional figure(s) or table(s) (.jpeg, .jpg, .png format only) to support abstracts if needed.
  • Modification: Possible until the lecture submission deadline.
  • Capitalize the first word of the title/heading and of any subtitle/subheading.
  • If you have two or more lectures, you should submit the lecture notes for each lecture separately.

Sign-up and Log in

Please kindly sign-up and log-in first to submit the abstract. If you do not find the verification email, please check your spam mail box.

Submission & Confirmation

When the abstract is submitted, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to the e-mail address you filled at the sign-up form.

Review & Modification

You can review or modify your submitted abstracts until Sep. 12 (Fri.), 2025 on ‘My Page’.
